Our unit is a 2 story unit, with lower level bonus area and attached garage, with front and rear decks, plus master bedroom balcony.
The main entry area has ample space for hanging your coats, storing boots, and other necessities from a day of adventure. Slate floors ensure easy clean up.
Rarely do we have enough people to overflow the bedrooms but if we do, we have a futon that folds to a queen bed available next to the washer and dryer.
The living room on the main floor has all of the modern conveniences, including flat panel TV, cable and DVD.
The newly updated kitchen is fully equipped to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner, and can be served on the island counter.
A small table can handle some overflow diners, or be used for an evening game of cards.
A nice deck off of the living room overlooks the private meadow, Lake Granby and Beyers Peak.
A summertime view from the deck. The clubhouse (shown) usually contains a restaurant, pool, hot tub, recreation center, and outdoor activities. There is also parking for snowmobiles or boats.
Winter views are equally impressive.
A queen bed in the secondary bedroom makes for a a comfortable rest after a long day of fun in the mountains. Ample closet space, dresser, and cable TV make this a nice retreat.
The main bedroom contains a queen bed, cable TV, and a balcony overlooking the private meadow, Lake Granby and Beyers Peak.
We love wildlife. This fella was in the back yard one morning. Fox, Elk, Deer, and Moose - like this one just out the back door - are frequent visitors.
View of the complex from the Stillwater Pass road. Condo is shown adjacent to the bay in the lower center of the photo.
